I attest I will bring two complete sets of caving clothes, pads, and gloves so that I will be able to go to both cave days (Sun & Mon).

Southwestern Region Orientation to Cave Rescue - Carlsbad, NM

Participants will learn about responding to cave rescues at Carlsbad Caverns and regional caves, how to assess and package patients for cave rescue, how to move litters, how to use cave communication tools, among other skills.

Class costs include some meals (TBD). Fees also go to insurance and gear replacement.

From March 14th, 2026 at 8am to March 16th, 2026 6pm.
